+ How many vehicles can I have on my SIZZAPP account?
× You can have as many vehicles as you have devices.
Basically, it is unlimited.
+ SIZZAPP mobile app asks me for an IMEI code to proceed. Where
can I find it?
× You need to wait for your device to arrive. Once your
device arrives, please log in and
enter the IMEI to finish
your account activation.
+ How can I activate my SIZZAPP device?
× Your SIZZAPP device arrived with a quick setup guide.
Please follow the instructions.
+ My SIZZAPP mobile app shows me that the device is Offline.
What should I do?
× Go to the SIZZAPP website

+ I have a new phone number. After login into the SIZZAPP
mobile app, I don’t see my
device. What should I do?
× Click on the “Contact us” button on the SIZZAPP mobile

previous phone number
and device IMEI (if possible). We will contact and help you ASAP.
+ I have installed the SIZZAPP app but do not receive an
activation SMS code. What should
I do?
× Go to the SIZZAPP website

+ How much SIZZAPP device drains power from the vehicle
battery?
× In normal mode (while riding) it could drain around
30-60 mA per hour in its active data
transfer mode. When the
SIZZAPP device is in a Deep Sleep mode (vehicle is standing without movement) it drains around 5-10 mA per
hour. It
means 100-200 mA per day.
+ How can I know if my car is compatible with the OBDII SIZZAPP
device?
× As of 1996, vehicles sold in the United States are
required to have an OBDII port. In
Europe, as of January 1,
2001 petrol (gasoline) engine vehicles are required to have an EOBD (equivalent to OBDII) port. Since 2003,
it has
become mandatory for all diesel vehicles sold in the EU. In 2005-2006 it became mandatory for Australia. In
2008,
the standard became mandatory for all vehicles produced for the Chinese market. In Japan – 2002 (basic),
2008
(domestic), 2010 (imports).
+ How can I make another person track my rides?
× This person should download the SIZZAPP mobile app and
login with your phone number.
After it you will receive an
authorization code which should be provided to that person. After successful authorization he/she will get
access to
your profile and will be able to see all your routes and other information.
+ My motorcycle has an OBD port. What SIZZAPP device should I
choose: OBD or 2-wire?
× We recommend choosing a 2-wire device for all
motorcycles. As we know, motorcycles have
an OBD connection, but it
is different in shape and pinout from that we can see on cars.
+ Is it safe to charge a vehicle battery with a SIZZAPP device
connected?
× Yes, you can charge a vehicle battery without a
problem, it will not affect a SIZZAPP
device.
+ How long does it take to deliver the SIZZAPP device? When can
I expect my order to arrive?
× It depends on the country of the recipient and the large volume of work of courier services. It usually takes up to 14 days for your SIZZAPP device to arrive within Europe and up to 30 days to other countries. Due to the current COVID-19 situation there may be a delay in delivery times.
